Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 4, 2026
ApproveBudget, operated by Integrated Technology Solutions, LLC, is committed to making its service usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone involved in a budget workflow should be able to do their work independently.
Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory, and cognitive differences.
Measures we take
- Semantic, standards-based markup so the Service works with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
- Keyboard accessibility — interactive elements are reachable and operable without a mouse.
- Readable color and contrast — we use a high-contrast palette and avoid conveying meaning by color alone (for example, status is shown with text as well as color).
- Clear structure — headings, labels, and consistent navigation to aid orientation.
- Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
Known limitations
We are continually improving, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target. Spreadsheet exports and attached documents created by users are outside our control and may vary in accessibility. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — we prioritize fixes that remove barriers for real users.
Feedback
If you experience any difficulty using the Service, or need information provided in a different format, contact us at support@ms-itsllc.com. Please include the page or feature, what happened, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, so we can help quickly.
Ongoing commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new and existing features against our target and update this statement as our practices evolve.
